Welcome to the WayAhead Blog!

It takes me some time to catch up with technology while I evaluate just how useful a particular feature is to both myself and my clients.  Now that blogging is so widespread and I’ve researched the difference between interesting, boring and completely useless blogs, I’ve decided to start a WayAhead blog.  Which I hope will be of the ‘interesting’ variety.

Over the coming weeks and months I’ll be posting short messages covering experiences in my coaching work with senior managers and civil servants, offering hints and tips that will be relevant to all people in positions of leadership.
